The name “Gera” was carefully selected based on concepts related to orientation and geographical positioning relative to north, reflecting the brand’s core activity in supplying and selling camping and outdoor equipment for nature-based experiences.
During the naming process, more than 100 potential brand names were analyzed and shortlisted to ensure the final choice aligned with both strategic branding and conceptual relevance. Key considerations included legal registrability, short and simple pronunciation in both Persian and English, uniqueness within the market, and availability of domain names and social media handles.
In addition, the logo design and visual identity system were fully developed based on the brand’s personality and values, with a focus on typographic and concept-driven design, resulting in a cohesive and distinctive brand identity.”e
